How It Works
Need help raising funds for a school project, team event or other non-profit? We can help! The process is simple.
- Gather your crew of students, parents, teachers, and other community members who want to help you fundraise.
- Give them the Genius Games Fundraiser order form.
- Start spreading the word about what you're trying to raise money for in your family, school and community.
- Show them all the games and puzzles they can order to help you hit your fundraising goal. You get to keep up to 40% of the total amount raised.
- Once your team has all the orders, simply combine the total amounts ordered, and email us and we'll ship the product to your fundraiser team.
- Then go distribute the orders to the people who donated.
That’s it! You’ve raised funds AND promoted science education.

Placing Orders
1. COLLECT ORDER FORMS
Each seller turns in their Order Form Summary from their brochure along with the money that they've raised. Sellers should keep their order form to distribute popcorn to their supporters.
2. PLACE YOUR ORDER
Navigate to the Brochure order placement page. During payment, you'll only pay 50% to Genius Games plus the shipping and handling fee.
3. DISTRIBUTE THE PRODUCTS
Once payment is made, you will receive your total oder via FedEx within 2-3 weeks. When it arrives, you and your sellers will use the order forms to sort and distribute popcorn to supporters.

How do I place our fundraising order?
If you’re leading the fundraiser, collect all order forms from your team, add the total number of orders including the total amount, then email us at support@geniusgames.org to place an order.
Can I fundraise as an individual for a personal reason?
What payment methods do you accept?
There is an error with my order. What should I do?
No order notification
After placing your website order, you should have immediately received an email order notification from support@geniusgames.org with the subject line: “Order #XXXX”. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox. If you didn’t receive any email containing an order number, it could be that an issue arose and your order didn’t go through. If you think this is the case, email us at support@geniusgames.org with the subject line: “No Order Notification - [Your Name]”.
If you did receive an order notification but are looking for your shipping notification email, search your inbox for “support@geniusgames.org” and look for the subject line: “A shipment from order #XXXX is on the way”. That means your order is ready to be shipped. If you can’t find this email on any of your folders, your order hasn’t been shipped yet.
No shipping notification
Around 1-2 business days after receiving the shipping notification email, you should receive another email from support@geniusgames.org with the subject line: “Your Genius Games order #XXXX shipment update!” containing your tracking number. When your shipment has been delivered, you should receive a final shipping email from support@geniusgames.org with the subject line: “A shipment from order #XXXX has been delivered”.
If it’s been more than 5 business days since you placed your order and you haven’t received any shipping updates, email us at support@geniusgames.org with the subject line “Shipping Notification - [Your Name]” and we’ll look into it.
Can supporters pay with checks? Who should they write checks to?
Yes. Before deploying your team members, make sure they tell supporters to make checks payable to your organization.
