Return Policy

We’ll do our utmost to take care of you when it comes to returns and refunds! Below is an outline of our policies.

Print your original receipt and include it in the box with the returned item. Your receipt was emailed to you.

  • Returns for any reason are accepted within 45 days of purchase. Game returns must be in their original shrink-wrapped packaging.

  • The customer is responsible for the return postage.

  • If accepted, the refund will be issued within 3 business days.

  • If the return is not accepted (because it does not follow the listed return guidelines) the customer will have the option to either allow us to donate the game or re-ship the opened game back to them at their expense.

  • Return details will vary. Please contact support@geniusgames.org with the subject line: “Return [Product Name] - [Your Backer Number or Order Number]” for specific return details.
  • Please contact Amazon for refunds and returns.
  • If you ordered a game through Amazon that is missing components, please email support@geniusgames.org with the subject line: “[Product Name] Missing or Damaged Pieces - [Your order number]”. Do not return your item.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email photos of the damaged item to support@geniusgames.org with the subject line: “[Product Name] Shipping Damage - [Your order number]” and we’ll take care of you! A return is not necessary.
  • If your order is missing components, please email support@geniusgames.org with the subject line: “[Product Name] Missing or Damaged Pieces - [Your order number]”. Do not return your item.
